About St. Ann's:

St. Ann's is a home for kids who have been removed from their homes due to abuse, neglect, and other various reasons. The home has provided a refuge for needy women and children in the Washington, DC area since 1860.  Kids age's range from birth to 12, and they stay until they either go to a foster home or back home depending on the situation.

How Volunteers Help:

CUA students spend time playing with the children who live at St. Ann's.  Activities include playing outside, playing cards, reading, coloring, and having fun!

Volunteers may go however many times they want, there is no requirement to go all three days.  There are also special events throughout the year including parties for Halloween, Christmas, St. Patrick's Day, and an end-of-the-year party!

Halloween Party: October 29, 2012
